Who operates this website

Information we collect
When you choose to contact us, request an estimate, apply for priority service, make a referral, use GiGi chat, or book through Housecall Pro, you may provide your name, email, phone number, property details, requested service, timing, notes, and communication preferences. Referral forms also collect the referred person's contact details only after the referrer confirms permission.
The hosting service may record technical data such as IP address, browser type, requested page, time, and security events. GiGi stores a random conversation identifier in your browser so the chat can continue. This site does not ask for payment-card, government-ID, health, or financial-account information.
How we use information
We use information to answer requests, prepare estimates, schedule and deliver services, manage referrals, provide requested updates, prevent spam and abuse, troubleshoot the website, keep business records, and meet legal obligations. We do not use an unchecked SMS option as consent to text; text updates are optional.
Service providers and disclosures
Information may be processed by providers that help operate the website and requested services: Hostinger for hosting, the FlexiClean/Forja system for GiGi chat, Housecall Pro for booking and service management, the business email provider for form delivery, and Google Fonts when pages request font files. Those providers handle information under their own terms and privacy practices.
We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect people or property, investigate abuse, or complete a business transaction. FlexiClean does not sell personal information.
Retention and security
We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose collected, service records, disputes, security, and legal obligations, then delete or de-identify it when practical. We use administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet or email system can be guaranteed completely secure. Do not send door codes, alarm codes, payment information, identity documents, or other sensitive secrets through a public website form or chat.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, or delete information you provided by emailing us. We will verify the request and respond as required by applicable law. You may decline optional text messages; if you receive a text, reply STOP to opt out. You can clear GiGi's conversation identifier through your browser's site-data controls.
Children and external services
This website is intended for adults arranging property services and is not directed to children under 13. Links and embedded tools operated by other companies have their own privacy notices; review them before submitting information.
Changes to this notice
We may update this notice when the website or our practices change. The effective date at the top identifies the current version.
