When I started cleaning vacation rentals on the Emerald Coast in 2019, I saw how difficult it could be for owners to coordinate changing calendars, property details, and presentation standards. FlexiClean grew around clearer scopes and more direct communication.

FlexiClean is what I built to fix that. We aim for consistent crews, document work when photo reporting is included, and ask clients to contact us promptly if the completed service does not match the confirmed scope.

Because you deserve useful pricing before you call, we publish starting rates and provide an estimate calculator. Final scope and pricing are confirmed before booking.
